Sweet Sister Connie

I am so lucky to have you as my sister and friend, Connie! I am glad you live closer and that we've been able to hang out as much as we do. I appreciate our friendship and really enjoy visiting with you any chance I get. You are really easy to talk to and I feel like you really do listen!

Thank you for all of your help with Wyatt and for always being so willing to help out in any way. I couldn't ask for a better babysitter than you and I look forward to having the opportunity to help you after you have your little baby. We sure do have some great memories together, don't we? I will never forget the fun times we had driving to school at ASU together and then driving to work at Deluxe. You amazed me with your history knowledge in that dumb history class we had together! I couldn't even understand the teacher with his crazy accent, let alone remember history! Also, I've never known anyone to remember stories and quotes like you do. You're able to repeat things almost word for word. You really are an amazing person!

Abbey is lucky to have you as her Mom. You are a wonderful Mom, so patient and loving, except when you're eating (You know what I mean!). Abbey is so funny and cute.

I love you so much!
Love, your sister Christine

Bandins, Pappa's B-day, & Taylor

This is becoming the new way I post! I get so far behind that I have to do some major catching up! Anyway, life has been busy, but a lot of fun too.

Wyatt hits his head almost everyday. I guess he's pretty clumsy, like most 2 yr olds are, but I think the biggest problem is that his head is so big (like most 2 yr olds)! Poor kid. Well, he's been really lucky to never have any blood, but a couple weeks ago that all changed. He was being such a big helper and trying to help me get Luke all ready for a bath when he tripped and hit his eye right on the edge of the tub! Ouch! The skin popped right open and it started bleeding pretty bad. I did get a little nervous just because I couldn't find anything to hold on his eye, but I made the mistake of sitting him up on the counter where he was able to look in the mirror and see his face bleeding, which really freaked him out! Once he saw that he had an "owie" he wouldn't let me hold anything on it. That's the most he's cried...ever! He's usually pretty tough. Anyway, after a lot of coaxing and a Slurpee and candy, we finally got him to let us put a "bandin", as he calls it, on. He's doing fine now!

Grandpa Webb's B-day was July 18Th and it was fun going to dinner with him! Wyatt really loves him and always has a fun time when Grandpa "Vebb" comes over. I made a cake earlier that day and told Wyatt it was Grandpa's birthday, so all day Wyatt was saying, "Happy Birthday to Papa!" Everyone came over to our house later that night to eat the cake and once the candles were blown out Wyatt reached for a candle and put the hot end right in his mouth! Luckily that didn't call for another bandin! Wyatt has not forgotten Grandpa's birthday, and although it's been a week, he still sings Happy Birthday! Last Sunday I made some dinner rolls and Wyatt thought they were cupcakes, so he started singing happy birthday to Papa again!

Friday July 20th we drove up to Snowflake/Taylor where Jared's sister lives to watch the 24Th of July parade and to eat some BBQ. It's always fun to get out of the heat and to see Jenny and the kids. Wyatt always has a blast since there's lots of kids, horses, bugs, a pig, chicks, and a baby lamb! He enjoyed playing with the chicks this time! We had a great trip and enjoyed the BBQ and spending time with some family.
Luke's 1st road tripLuke is now almost 2 months! Wow, time has really flown! We're really enjoying our "2 boys " as Wyatt says.

A great Auntie

Carrie Elizabeth
I sure do have the best brother and sisters ever and Wyatt has a great Auntie Carrie! I am thankful for a younger sister who is so talented artistically, unlike me. Carrie was so kind to paint 3 large pictures for her nephew Wyatt's room, and they turned out just perfect! I don't even think I've had the chance to thank her, so thank you so very much for all of your hard work, Carrie!! We love you so much and think you are beautiful both inside and out. By the way, if anyone is looking for the absolute best facial ever then go to XS Salon in Gilbert and ask for Carrie Webb. :)

Birthdays, Bubba baby, bathing beauty and best buds

Wow! We've had a busy last 2 weeks with my 28th B-day on the 24th of June and Jared's 30th on the 3rd of July! It's been a lot of fun around here. We just laid low and celebrated with family at the house since we haven't really started getting out much with Luke. Jared and I did get to go out for dinner and a movie, which was fun! I am much more relaxed as a Mom of 2 than I was with #1. I remember being so worried to leave Wyatt with a babysitter! We didn't do much for the 4th of July, which was kind of a bummer. Jared and Wyatt went swimming while I stayed home with Luke and rested. Later that night we saw some fireworks from our front lawn. Hopefully next year will be a little more exciting. I missed being with family in Heber like we did last year. I'm still proud to be an American though!

It's fun watching Wyatt with his "baby Luke." He absolutely loves him and then gets really annoyed with him when he cries. We have to watch Wyatt around Luke since he likes to crawl in his bed, cover him with clothes, put his finger in his mouth, poke his eyes, and give kisses on the mouth!

Luke is a great baby! He sleeps a lot and has a lot of gas :) He really enjoys his baths too. I gave him a bath a couple of days ago and he slept through the entire thing! I love the picture of Luke with the Bubba teeth (pacifier). Thanks Uncle Lynn and Aunt Julee!

We hope everyone enjoyed the 4th and that you're all doing well!

The best brother and Uncle...Ever!

I would like to let everyone know that I have the very best brother IN THE WORLD! I really do. I am truly grateful for our friendship and for all of the memories we have together. Cameron and I have always been such good friends. I have so many stories and memories of when we were younger. Although he would often get me into trouble I am so glad I had him to grow up with. Thanks for letting me learn how to tie your shoes, Cam! As we got older he tolerated me and let me hang out with him and his friends so many times. I felt so cool. He is such a protector too! I remember him giving me a hard time about the way I dressed or who I would hang out with or go on a date with. I know he only meant to help rather than make me cry! No really, I am thankful for the way he was involved in my life and the decisions I made. Even most recently with our parents accident and our Mom being in a coma, he has been such a great protector of his sisters. I would've never imagined this could happen to our family, but I am impressed at how Cameron has really held it together and stepped up as a big brother. I have commented several times to Jared how much it meant to me that Cameron came to the hospital and was with us after Luke was born. He was our very fist visitor! Also, he has come by the house several times and has been such a great Uncle to Wyatt. Wyatt just adores his Uncle Cam! Cameron, I love you very much and am so thankful for you as my big brother! Jenny, I love you too!
