Well, I guess it's time to spruce up the blog and get it all festive looking since Christmas is just around the corner!
I've been so preoccupied with getting our house all done up. Here are some of our latest projects...

No, your eyes are not deceiving you! This is ME up on the roof putting lights up. Jared gave me some lame story about him being too heavy and breaking the shingles. I am deathly afraid of heights, hence the freaky scared face.

Thank you to my sister Connie for sewing Luke's stocking! I thought for sure I could get all 4 done before Christmas...only 3 more to go!
O Christmas tree! We're still looking for a star for the top!

Chrissy! You do look freaked out up there! I love the miners light on your head...ah, I laughed for quite some time looking at that picture. I think I have your stocking... I need to get it started!! The tree looks gorgeous, and so do the Christmas balls. The gingerbread house should win an award! Love you!

Wow, your blog looks great all Christmas-y! I, like Carrie, laughed when I saw you on your roof! And you put glass ordament balls on your tree! They look good... I laughed at how you call your craft "Christmas Balls." It reminded me of that Saturday Night Live with Alec Baldwin taking with the radio ladies about his "Balls" (I think they were meat balls) during Christmas!
i love you to death, you are so dang funny up on the roof with the light on your head. porter did say that was true about the shingles breaking. i love what you have done with the blog and the backround!
